1 ½ oz. manzanilla sherry
¾ oz. Mathilde pear liqueur
Tools: mixing glass, bar spoon, strainer
Glass: cocktail
Garnish: lemon twist

Stir ingredients with ice to chill and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish.
