Bavarian-style wheat beer meets soda fountain nostalgia in this delicious phosphate flip.
1 1/2 oz. Old Tom gin 1 oz. weissbier 1/2 oz. triple sec 1/4 oz. St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram 6 dashes acid phosphate 1 whole fresh egg (pasteurized if you like) Ice cubes Tools: shaker, strainer Glass: flip Garnish: grated nutmeg and grated orange peel
Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled. Strain into a chilled flip glass. and Garnish.
