The Pimm’s Cup gets a garden-fresh makeover in this variation. Developed by barman H. Joseph Ehrmann, the drink has long been a best-seller at Elixir.

1½ oz. cucumber vodka
¾ oz. Pimm’s No. 1
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. agave nectar
3-inch piece of celery, coarsely chopped
Tools: muddler, shaker, strainer
Glass: rocks
Garnish: fresh celery

Muddle the celery in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish.
