Lychee liqueur lends a bright sweetness to this spritz from our 2019 Cocktail Bar of the Year, Raised by Wolves.
1½ oz. Cappelletti Aperitivo
½ oz. Giffard Lichi-Li Liqueur
3 oz. prosecco
1 oz. Fever-Tree club soda, to top
Garnish: grapefruit twist and seasonal fruit
Combine the first 3 ingredients in a glass with ice, then stir to combine. Top with club soda and garnish.
