Campari and Carpano Antica flavor this ruby-toned toddy from Detroit bartender Rick Paulger.
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. Carpano Antica
1/2 oz. ginger syrup (1:1 fresh ginger juice and demerara sugar)
3-4 oz. hot water
Garnish: lemon wedge
Combine first three ingredients in a preheated mug. Stir in hot water to taste, and garnish.
