In sports-centric Philadelphia, it’s no surprise that a carrot cocktail named after a Swedish Philadelphia Flyers hockey player is a fan favorite at Andra Hem, a Scandinavian-inspired bar. That popularity isn’t merely due to its team colors, but also how well the vegetal sweetness of carrots pairs with spicy ginger in the orange and black Penicillin variation.
