Love Bug: A Pimm’s Cup Recipe

Love Bug: Pimm's Cup riff

A tropical take on a summertime crusher.

“I think Pimm’s Cup recipes are super underrated in how dynamic and different they can be, and this one really shows that,” says Robby Dow of Bespoke in Wilmington, North Carolina. The drinkmaker loves to build his variations around fresh fruit, finding that Pimm’s is adaptable with everything from stone fruits to tropical flavors. But for this recipe he features his favorite flavor combo of guava, banana, and ginger. “It’s bright, tropical, and instantly reminds me of the Dole fruit blends I grew up with,” he says. “The gentle spice of Pimm’s, paired with freshly juiced ginger, makes for a cocktail that feels vibrant and refreshing.”
