La Vive mezcal espresso martini

Mezcal establishes a bold base for this take on a classic.

Orgeat and mole bitters deepen the flavor of this Mezcal Espresso Martini.

Ingredients

2 oz. mezcal
3/4 oz. coffee liqueur
1 oz. espresso
1/2 oz. orgeat
2 dashes Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters

Tools:shaker, strainer, fine strainer
Glass:coupe
Garnish:espresso beans

Preparation

Combine ingredients in a shaker tin with ice and shake to chill. Fine strain into a coupe glass and garnish.
