A longtime favorite at Portland’s Teardrop Lounge.

A Teardrop Lounge standard since 2010, this delicate whiskey sour is brushed with the flavors of peach liqueur and honey.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Irish whiskey
1/2 oz. dry vermouth
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. fresh egg white (pasteurized if you like)
1/4 oz. peach liqueur
1/4 oz. Bénédictine
1/4 oz. honey

Tools:shaker, strainer
Glass:coupe
Garnish:orange twist

Preparation

Shake all of the ingredients without ice until foamy, then add ice and shake again to chill. Strain into a chilled glass, and express the oils from an orange twist over the drink (then discard the twist).
