Sweet corn perfectly complements the earthy notes of tequila.

One of fall’s most delicious ingredients complements the earthy notes of tequila in this fresh corn cocktail.

Ingredients

2 oz. blanco tequila
2 oz. grilled corn (by weight)
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. agave syrup

Tools:shaker, muddler, strainer, fine strainer
Glass:rocks
Garnish:Half rim of mushroom salt (1:1 ground mixed mushrooms to sea salt) or plain sea salt

Preparation

Muddle the corn in a shaker tin. Add the remaining ingredients with ice and shake to chill. Double strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass rimmed with salt.
