North Shore Aquavit Negroni

Sticking with the equal-part ratios of a classic Negroni, Portland, Oregon bartender Jacob Grier swaps in a caraway-rich spirit for this aquavit Negroni.

1 oz. aquavit (Grier uses North Shore)
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. sweet vermouth
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Glass: cocktail
Garnish: orange peel

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, stir to chill, strain into a chilled  glass and garnish with the orange peel, expressing the oils over the drink before dropping it in.
