“Espresso Martinis have been around forever, but today we’re seeing bartenders refresh the cocktail with new and unique ingredients and pairings,” says bar director Alejandro Dieguez of the inspiration behind this Cold-Brew Martini, which is served on nitro at J. Bespoke. “The amaro lends the drink notes of vanilla and orange peel, while the honey balances out the cold brew with a touch of sweetness.”
2 oz. vodka
½ oz. Amaro Montenegro
½ oz. honey
1 oz. cold-brew concentrate
Tools: shaker, strainer
Garnish: coffee beans
Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake to chill. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish.
