Wildhawk Castaway Cocktail

Beverage director Jacques Bezuidenhout says, “I wanted an easy and approachable refresher that would showcase beloved flavors in a way that sparks conversation and interest.”

2 oz. Calvados
½ oz. Kummel
¾ oz. fresh grapefruit juice
¼ oz. fresh lime juice
¼ oz. honey
6-8 mint leaves
Tool: shaker, strainer
Glass: highball
Garnish: mint sprigs

Muddle the mint in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake and strain over crushed ice in a highball glass. Garnish.
