1 oz. rum (Whaley’s uses Caña Brava)
1 oz. elderflower liqueur
1 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
½ oz. simple syrup (1:1)
4 oz. Cremant rosé
Garnish: lemon wheel
Add all the ingredients to a wine glass, stir and add ice. Top with sparkling rosé. Garnish.
