Velvet Ace Party Punch

A robust punch reminiscent of the Manhattan. 

This punch tastes sweet and spicy, with hints of licorice and a slightly bitter finish. If you want to make a low-ABV version, just skip the whiskey.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups Velvet Falernum
  • ¾ cup Bonal Gentiane Quina
  • ¾ cup Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
  • ¾ cup rye or bourbon (optional)
  • ¾ cup sparkling water
  • 12 dashes black walnut bitters
  • Tools:barspoon
  • Glass:cocktail
  • Garnish:maraschino cherries and star anise pod

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a large pitcher and stir to combine. Fill 6 glasses with crushed ice and evenly divide the drink among them. Garnish each drink with 2 cherries and a star anise. Serve immediately. Serves 6.
