Stateside Manhattan Recipe

Want to give the classic Manhattan recipe a Northwest twist? Use the Washington-made Westland single malt for an extra-rich whiskey flavor.

2 oz. Westland American Oak single malt whiskey
1 oz. sweet vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Glass: coupe
Garnish: cherry

Stir all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish.
