2 oz. mezcal
¾ oz. Cynar
¼ oz. honey syrup (1:1)
Pinch sea salt
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Glass: double rocks
Garnish: orange twist
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into a double rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish.
