Rose 75: A French 75 Riff

This lovely French 75 riff uses a rose gin and a sparkling rosé for an extra fruity and floral take on the classic.

Ingredients

1 oz. Copper & Kings The History of Lovers Rose Gin
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
¾ oz. simple syrup (1:1)
Sparkling rosé, chilled

Tools:shaker, strainer
Glass:Collins
Garnish:raspberry and lemon peel

Preparation

Shake the first 3 ingredients with ice in a shaker, then strain into an ice-filled Collins glass and top with sparkling rosé. Garnish.
