The Pegu Club is delicious 1920s cocktail that was first crafted in the club of the same name.
1½ oz. gin
½ oz. Cointreau
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Tools: juicer, shaker, strainer
Shake all the ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled glass.
