With results this good, it’s hard to believe it took this long for the Negroni and Stiegl radler to combine forces.
¾ oz. London Dry gin
¾ oz. Campari
¾ oz. Carpano Antica sweet vermouth
Stiegl Grapefruit Radler
Tools: barspoon, mixing glass, strainer
Garnish: grapefruit twist
Combine the first three ingredients in a mixing glass and stir. Strain into an ice-filled glass. Top with the radler, then garnish.
