In celebration of Negroni Week, we’ve partnered with Jacobsen Salt Co. to create a special-edition Negroni-inspired salt that combines mineral salt with juniper berries, orange peel and Campari. Not only does a pinch of this salt taste great in a Negroni, but it’s amazing sprinkled on top of fudge, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, candied nuts, and sugar cookies. For those who prefer savory over sweet, try it as dry rub on beef or pork.
