This Cachaça Negroni features Dolin Blanc in the glass with Campari and bitters. The recipe’s name (the Por do Sol Negroni) means “sunset” in Portuguese.
1 oz. cachaça
1 oz. Dolin Blanc
1 oz. Campari
1 dash Bittermens Orange Cream Citrate Bitters (optional)
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Garnish: grapefruit peel
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir to chill and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish.
