Por Do Sol, A Cachaça Negroni

This Cachaça Negroni features Dolin Blanc in the glass with Campari and bitters. The recipe’s name (the Por do Sol Negroni) means “sunset” in Portuguese.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. cachaça
  • 1 oz. Dolin Blanc
  • 1 oz. Campari
  • 1 dash Bittermens Orange Cream Citrate Bitters (optional)
  • Tools:mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
  • Glass:rocks
  • Garnish:grapefruit peel

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir to chill and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish.
