Lemonade allows you to combine citrus with just about any other fresh fruit, and here, Kim Haasarud blends sweet peach purée with black tea, plus a splash of vodka for a perfectly refreshing peach tea lemonade.
1 ½ oz. vodka
4 oz. lemonade
¾ oz. peach purée
¾ oz. black tea (brewed and iced)
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: Mason jar
Garnish: lemon wheel and mint sprig
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake to chill. Pour into a glass and top with a float of unsweetened black tea. Garnish.
