Old Tom Sorbetto

In this recipe for Old Tom sorbetto, London Dry’s malty cousin gets churned into summer-ready sorbet.

1 ½ cups fresh lemon juice
½ cup fresh lime juice
3 3/4 cups granulated sugar
4 cups water
3 tbsp. Old Tom gin

In a large bowl, whisk all ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Freeze in an ice cream maker, according to manufacturer’s instructions, working in batches, if needed.

Makes 2 quarts.
