October’s Where to Drink Now in 2008

Capitol Hill is abuzz with the recent opening of D.C.’s Peregrine Espresso. Long-time coffee enthusiasts (and husband–and-wife team) Ryan and Jill Jensen opened the doors to this highly anticipated café a little over a month ago (the location was formerly occupied by Murky Coffee), and coffee geeks and morning commuters alike have been waiting in line for a taste. Pick up a cup of El Salvador Finca Mauritania to go, or grab a seat and take advantage of the free wi-fi; either way, Peregrine is definitely worth the buzz.
