The cobbler is, well, a drink you cobble together, so use this recipe as a basic template and mix and match with whatever ingredients you have on hand.
2 oz. brandy
10 fresh blueberries (or whatever berry you have)
10 fresh mint leaves
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
3/4 oz. simple syrup (1:1)
Tools: mixing glass, muddler
Garnish: fresh mint sprig
In a mixing glass, gently muddle all ingredients, except the brandy. Add the brandy and shake with ice. Pour, unstrained, into a chilled glass, top with more ice and garnish.
