From New York’s Listen Bar pop-up, this zero-proof drink balances the sweetness of strawberries with lemon and rose water.
2½ oz. strawberry syrup
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
3 drops rose water
1 fresh egg white (pasteurized if you like)
Tools: shaker, strainer
Garnish: edible flower
Combine all the ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
