A refreshing summertime riff on the classic dessert, this lemon meringue milkshake is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.
3 Tbsp. lemon curd
1 ¼ cups lemon yogurt
3 scoops lemon or vanilla ice cream
1 ¼ cups milk, chilled
2 mini meringues
Tools: blender, piping bag
Garnish: meringue cookies
Using a piping bag, swirl 2 Tbsp. of the lemon curd on the inside of two chilled soda glasses. Add remaining Tbsp. of lemon curd to the blender with the yogurt, ice cream and milk. Blend until smooth. Pour the milkshake into the prepared glasses and top each with a meringue. Serves 2.
