This fruity tiki-esque cocktail brings a taste of summer to any season.
1 1/2 oz. Tito’s Vodka
1/2 oz. Cointreau
1/2 oz. agave nectar (omit if fruit is especially sweet)
Barspoon velvet falernum
Half lime, quartered
Pulp of one passionfruit (or 1 1/2 oz. passionfruit nectar)
Tools: muddler, shaker, strainer
Garnish: mint sprig
In the bottom of a mixing glass, muddle the pulp of one passion fruit (or nectar) and quartered lime half in agave nectar. Add vodka, Cointreau and velvet falernum. Shake vigorously with ice, strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
