Tequila and cucumber are a natural match, but this cocktail takes the pairing in a surprisingly delicious direction with the addition of lemon juice and cinnamon.
1½ oz. blanco tequila
1 oz. cucumber juice
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
¾ oz. cinnamon syrup (1:1)
Tools: shaker, strainer
Garnish: cucumber slice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled, then strain into a coupe and garnish.
