It may still be chilly outside, but those clever folks at Stumptown are thinking ahead as they release their new Sparkling Cold Brew. These cold brews are refreshingly fizzy and on the sweet side of the spectrum (but not too sweet), and the coffee flavor remains front and center. The original keeps it simple with just cold-brew coffee, cane sugar and lemon juice; the Honey Lemon is reminiscent of an Arnold Palmer, with a bright citrus flavor and honey from Portland’s Bee Local; and the Ginger Citrus tastes like a spicy ginger beer dosed with a subtle depth from the coffee. The cans recently debuted in the Stumptown cafés nationwide, and they’ll be hitting other retailers like Whole Foods at the end of March.
