Drink of the Week: Sokol Blosser Rosé of Pinot Noir

sokol blosser rose
It may not seem like it in some parts of the country, but spring has officially arrived on the calendar, and that’s reason enough for us to break out the rosé, specifically the 2016 Estate Rosé of Pinot Noir from Oregon Winery Sokol Blosser. Made from organic Pinot Noir grapes, this wine is fermented for four weeks in stainless steel. It’s dry and refreshingly bright and flush with flavors of strawberry and an aroma of orange blossom and grapefruit. Suggested retail is $22, so it’s also a great value to carry you all the way through summer. $22, sokolblosser.com
