Drink of the Week: Larry’s Beans Grand Bolivia

From bean to bag, there’s no doubt that Larry’s Coffee is committed to sustainability. Aside from purchasing organic, shade-grown coffees directly from fair-trade co-ops and roasting their beans in a solar- and wind-powered facility (with edible landscaping), they bag their coffee in compostable packaging and make all local deliveries in a converted school bus that runs on recycled vegetable oil. But on top of all of that, their coffee is also super-delicious. The single-origin Grand Bolivia coffee is slow-roasted and medium-bodied, with warming aromas of ground cinnamon and lots of rich, chocolaty flavors.
