Drink of the Week: Glendalough Irish Whiskey

Ireland has a rich whiskey history, and today’s Drink of the Week, Glendalough Double Barrel Irish Whiskey, is part of a modern movement of small distillers working to reinvigorate the country’s craft distilling scene. The Double Barrel is made using a mix of malted barley and corn, and aged in both bourbon and sherry casks before bottling.
