Our New Year is off to a caffeinated start, thanks to today’s Drink of the Week—coffee from Ethiopia’s small Sabasa washing station, roasted by Annapolis, Maryland-based Ceremony Coffee. Combining coffee from farmers that in some cases own less than 20 trees, the fruit dried on raised beds for two weeks before being processed and packaged for shipping.
