The Paris of the Plains Cocktail Festival, aka “PoPFest”, is an annual multi-day celebration of cocktails, spirits, food, history, music and culture in the Midwest. The festival showcases bartenders, craft breweries, distilleries, restaurants, bars and more. The festivities are spread out across the Kansas City area and include cocktail parties, fancy soirees, spirits tastings and dinners, and educational seminars featuring some of the industry’s top experts, all culminating with the annual Greater Kansas City Bartending Competition.
