2 oz. genever
2 oz. coconut water
½ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. rich Demerara syrup (2:1)
2 dashes Angostura bitters (optional)
Tools: swizzle stick
In a tall glass filled with crushed ice, combine all ingredients and swizzle until the glass is frosted.
