Banana liqueur lends a subtle sweetness to the classic daiquiri.
1½ oz. aged rum (Geraldine’s uses Caña Brava 7-year)
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. Giffard banana liqueur
¼ oz. simple syrup (1:1)
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: coupe or Nick & Nora
Garnish: banana slice or lime wheel
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish.
