Bartender Jacob Grier says the complementary spice notes from the chamomile liqueur and fresh nutmeg make this flip perfect for wintertime, but you can easily take it for a spin any time of year.
1 1/2 oz. Germain-Robin brandy 3/4 oz. J. Witty chamomile liqueur 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice 2 dashes Regans’ orange bitters 1 whole fresh egg (pasteurized if you like) Ice cubes Tools: shaker, strainer Glass: cocktail Garnish: freshly grated nutmeg
