This light and refreshing summer cocktail highlights the floral profile of Beafeater’s Summer Gin.
2 oz. gin
3/4 oz. hibiscus syrup (1:1 hibiscus tea and sugar, cooled to room temperature)
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 slice cucumber, 1/4-inch thick
Tools: muddler, shaker, strainer
Garnish: two thin cucumber slices
Muddle the cucumber, then add the gin, syrup, juice and ice. Shake and strain into ice-filled rocks glass. Top with splash of soda and thin slices of cucumber.
