Gin, pineapple juice and a sugared rim is all it took to become the favorite cocktail of early 1920s showman, Florenz Ziegfeld.
1 1/2 oz. gin
3/4 oz. pineapple juice
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: sugar-rimmed cocktail
Combine all ingredients and shake with ice until to chill. Strain into a sugar-rimmed glass.
