Rye Baby

Designed with the classic Old Fashioned in mind, this cocktail was created to showcase the rye, so be sure to use the best you have on hand.

2 oz. rye whiskey
1 oz. Bonal

3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz. Luxardo maraschino liqueur
Ice cubes
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: rocks
Garnish: orange twist

Combine all ingredients with ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass (without ice). Squeeze the orange twist over the drink to express the oils and discard the peel.
