Riffle NW’s namesake Collins adds in fresh celery juice and a pinch of salt for a subtle, savory kick.
1 1/2 oz. gin
1/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz. fresh celery juice
1/2 oz. cane syrup (diluted 1:1)
4 dashes absinthe
Pinch of sea salt
Club soda
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: Collins
Combine all ingredients except for salt and soda and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass and top with salt and soda.
