This relative of the Martini swaps vermouth’s herbal character for the distinctive nuttiness of fino sherry to create an intriguing and distinctively dry cocktail.
2 oz. gin
1 oz. fino sherry
1 dash orange bitters
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Garnish: lemon twist
Stir ingredients with ice, strain into chilled glass and garnish.
