The Diplomat

 

1 1/2 oz. dry vermouth
1 1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
1 dash maraschino liqueur
1 dash Angostura bitters
Ice
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Glass: cocktail
Garnish: maraschino cherry

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish.
