Smoked Bourbon Sour

 

2 oz. smoked Jack Daniels (I use mesquite or hickory chips)

3 oz. lemon juice

1 ½ oz. simple syrup

Ice
Tools: Boston shaker with pint-glass cup, strainer
Glass: double old fashioned

Add ingredients to a shaker, shake vigorously and strain into an ice-filled glass.
