Jewel (aka Bijou) Cocktail

 

1 oz. gin
1 oz. green Chartreuse
1 oz. sweet vermouth
1 dash orange bitters
Ice cubes
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Glass: cocktail
Garnish: lemon twist, cherry (optional)

Combine all ingredients in ice-filled mixing glass and stir. Strain into a glass and garnish.
