Bourbon is a perfect match for Thatcher's apple spice liqueur in this deliciously sweet and spicy cocktail.

2 1/2 oz. bourbon

2 oz. Thatcher's Apple Spice organic liqueur
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice

1/2 oz. simple syrup
Ice cubes (for shaker and glass)
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: old fashioned
Garnish: lemon wheel

Shake ingredients vigorously, strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish.
