Panaché

Fresh and fizzy, this beer cocktail hits the spot.

 

3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice

3/4 oz. St. Germain elderflower liqueur

3/4 oz. Dubonnet rouge

IPA, or another hoppy beer

Ice cubes

Tools: barspoon

Glass: footed Pilsner  

Combine all ingredients, except beer, and stir with ice. Top with beer and stir again until just combined.
